High productivity edgebander with high quality performance. The most accessorized machine in its technological range (possibility of installing the edge scraper, glue scraper, brushes and engraver for slots finishing units at the same time) and with an excellent quality / price ratio. This edgebander increases productivity with the track-type drive of the panel brought to a speed of 9 m / min (the fastest in the minimax range) and guarantees high quality standards in processing thanks also to the possibility of working with polyurethane glue, performing the engraving for quarry, all while remaining extremely simple to use.

• High productivity
  Panel feed at 9m / min with track drive for increased productivity. Panel position monitoring with encoder ensures total control of the work cycle.
• Simple and intuitive use
  Error-free management is ensured by the control panel, which allows convenient selection of all the main functions, including activation and exclusion of operating groups. The PLC assists the operator in maintenance, cleaning, diagnostics, etc.
• Ideal edge application.
  The glue is heated quickly and evenly by the resistors. The automatic lowering of the temperature in case of temporary non-use of the machine prevents the glue from burning. A new innovative self-lubrication system of the glue pot allows a more extensive use of the edge banding machine without the need for greasing. Two rollers effectively and uniformly press the edge onto the workpiece. The glue spreading roller with internal resistance guarantees a uniform distribution of the glue and at the maximum working temperature even on panels with the maximum workable height. Quick release glue pot and PU glue pot are available as optional.
• Brilliant idea
  The optional End Trimming-Radiating unit allows the corners of the edged panel to be rounded off without the need for the operator to have to finish it by hand after the edging: a brilliant idea for a high quality finished product.
