The equipment of this machine includes a series of essential components for optimal processing. You will have a roll holder surface with a diameter of 700 mm, a support roller for large panels and a cutter for roll edges with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. The manual upper presser is equipped with a handwheel and a digital display for precise and intuitive operation. The edgebander is also equipped with a Teflon-coated glue pot, a protective cabin for the operating units and extractor hoods to guarantee a clean and safe working environment.

The operating groups of this edgebander are managed by a PLC, offering accurate control and ease of use. The edge gluing and pressure unit has a glue pot with spreading roller, with temperature controlled from the control panel. The friction pressure rollers ensure perfect adhesion of the edge to the panel. The trimming unit is made up of two high frequency tilting HF motors, while the gleaning unit is equipped with two HF motors with micrometric adjustment and digital display for uncompromising accuracy.
