The FAHD model ONE edgebander is an innovative and reliable machine for processing panels in joinery. Thanks to its technical data, it guarantees precise and high-quality results. The minimum width of the panel is 110 mm and the minimum length is 220 mm, while the maximum thickness is 45 mm and the minimum 10 mm. The roll edge size ranges from 0,4mm to 2mm and the maximum coil diameter is 600mm. The forward speed is 7 m/min and the total installed power is 2 kW, with an air pressure of 7 Bar and a machine weight of 310 kg.
It is equipped with a vast range of accessories which guarantee maximum precision and flexibility in panel processing. Logical operation is controlled by a PLC complete with thermoregulator with automatic stand-by and glue temperature indicator. The luminous LED keys for selecting the operating groups of the machine and the diagnostics with messages for the use and maintenance of the machine complete the technological equipment of this edgebander.
The FAHD model ONE edgebander is also equipped with an upper automatic toothed belt driver with steel core for panel feed, adjustable in height by means of a handwheel with numerical position indicator. The 3-position entry guide: 0-1-2 mm (in relation to the thickness of the edge) and the pneumatic reel cutting shear guarantee maximum precision in processing.
It is integrated with a Teflon-coated glue pot, equipped with 6 electrical resistances (4 in the tank, 1 in the turret and 1 inside the spreading roller) for a uniform glue temperature. The motorized spreading roller and the 3 pressure rollers (1st rubberized + 2 in nylon) guarantee perfect distribution of the glue on the edges of the panel.
The FAHD model ONE edgebander is also equipped with an automatic pneumatic trimmer (shear) ant. and post. hooking and running with the possibility of exclusion from the control panel. The single-motor trimmer with Z4 Ø 75 mm cutters, Widia plates combined profile: 2 mm radius/bevel with vertical disc copiers and numerical indicators, the 1.800 mm worktable with 7 adjustable rollers and Polizene sliding guides, and the extensible front support for large panels with sliding guide in Polizene complete the equipment of this high-performance edgebander.
