The top of the range is our 4-roller coater with 4 direct motors on each roller, the advantages are enormous in fact, with this structure we can reach useful working lengths of 3600 mm. For the industry that produces plywood and multilayer, four motors and four coaxial gearboxes lubricated for life, guarantee efficiency and reduce maintenance to a minimum. In addition to the electrical panel, we have a pneumatic system on the machine that controls the dragging force of each roller, this means that we can manage the towing of each spreading and dosing roller in such a way as to guarantee its integrity, should it be falling an object from the outside into the rollers and also a panel of a different thickness from that set on the display; in these cases the pneumatic clutch intervenes between the gearmotor and the rollers, blocking the towing and allowing the operator to intervene in complete safety. There are protections inside the structure and outside the rollers built in stainless steel that allow them to be washed at the end of the shift, without damaging the sliding parts such as guides, slides, etc. All line accessories and all glue and refrigeration feeding devices are clearly available.
