The unit has a large column entirely in cast iron and is equipped with a bowl, also in cast iron, which protects the mechanical components inside the machine from shavings and dust. Precision machining and in complete safety with the adjustable spindle moulder guide with micrometric adjustment, complete with vertical and horizontal pressers.
High-tech accessories
As an option, the spindle moulder hood is available which uses a system for adjusting the guides by means of a rack and has a mechanical digital reader. Thanks to the memory system, the hood can be removed and repositioned without losing the working position. The maximum capacity of the tool that can be used in profiling is 240 mm in diameter.

The extensions at the inlet and outlet (optional) and the telescopic front support with roller conveyor facilitate the processing of large pieces.
