Automatic edge banding machine with glue pot to edge, with great flexibility, with melamine, PVC and ABS material up to 2 mm and solid wood strips up to 5 mm. Machine for demanding craftsmen and carpenters.

• Designed for a perfect finish 
  The optimal finishing of the edge is also guaranteed by the transport belt (exclusive solution), which avoids the typical clicks or pulsations generated by the pinion of a traditional track and ensures a smooth and linear advancement.
• Simple and intuitive use 
  Error-free management is ensured by the control panel on the front of the machine, which allows a convenient selection of all the main functions including activation and exclusion of the operating groups. The PLC assists the operator in maintenance, cleaning, diagnostics, etc.
• Ideal edge application 
  The glue is heated quickly and evenly by the resistors. The automatic lowering of the temperature in case of temporary non-use of the machine prevents the glue from burning. A new innovative self-lubrication system of the glue pot allows a more extensive use of the edge bander without the need for greasing. Two rollers effectively and uniformly press the edge onto the workpiece. The glue spreading roller with internal resistance guarantees a uniform distribution of the glue and at the maximum working temperature even on panels of the maximum workable height.
• Quality finish and versatility 
  The group works with pad copiers to align perfectly with the workpiece. The cutters are suitable for straight and rounded trimming of both thin and thick edges, be they PVC, ABS, melamine or wood. The thickness of the edge being processed is easily set using 2 numerical indicators.
