Robo Vertical model
The membrane press robo vertical is a professional carpentry machine designed and built for the application of PVC or PER laminate on flat or shaped carved wooden sheets.
The machine can be customized for making wooden doors, kitchen panels, bathrooms and bedrooms.
The operating process of the machine starts from a high temperature heating cycle (200° C) thanks to quartz elements, the press forming process continues with a vacuum suction cycle for a perfect application of the lamination on the piece.
The optional silicone membrane also allows you to laminate wood veneer in the same way as the plastic material, or it allows you to apply leather on semi-finished products.
The Ribex Vertical press is equipped with a automatic height control system which allows a machining between 500 and 800 mm.
The work surface of the Ribex Vertical is large and spacious and allows machining up to 2850 x 1350 mm with a maximum thickness of 800 mm. The vacuum pump, very powerful, allows the perfect application of the material to be applied thanks to its 2.6 kW and 100 mc/h flow rate.
the heated surface thanks to the quartz elements reaches temperatures of 200° c allowing the application of the most stubborn materials on the wooden panel.
