The squaring frame with dimensions of 640x1400 mm ensures a solid foundation for precise and stable work. The squaring saw is equipped with a saw blade with a diameter of 500/550 mm and a hole of 30 mm, allowing for precise and clean cuts. The cutting height with the blade at 90° reaches 175/200 mm, while at 45° it is 120/140 mm, offering the necessary flexibility for angular jobs.

The FAHD SE 3.2 PRO squaring saw is equipped with a 1 HP scoring motor and a scoring blade with a diameter of 125 mm and a 20 mm hole. The engraver motor offers a rotation speed of 7500 rpm for precise machining. The 1250mm cutting width allows you to handle different sized workpieces with ease. The speed of the saw blade is variable, managed from a control panel, allowing it to be adjusted between 2500 and 5000 rpm to adapt to different processing needs. The powerful 7,5 HP motor guarantees enough power to tackle even the most demanding jobs.

The squaring machine is equipped with a motorized blade tilting and lifting unit managed by a VK3 control panel, which allows manual or automatic positioning of the blade lifting and tilting. The encoder reading system ensures constant precision, while the calibration of the axes is automatic for greater convenience. The scoring unit with independent motor and pneumatic insertion offers greater versatility in engraving operations.

This squaring saw comes complete with several features that improve productivity and safety. The CX 550 suspended blade guard ensures effective protection during use, while the flat extensions offer additional support for large workpieces. The device for angular cuts allows you to make precise and inclined cuts, while the eccentric lever presser ensures the stability of the piece during machining. The starting and stopping of the engine is managed by an inverter for efficient operation.

The FAHD SE 3.2 PRO squaring machine is also equipped with a squaring frame with height indicators for the inclination of the squaring rod, guaranteeing precise and repeatable positioning. The suction inlets (one of Ø 120 mm and one of Ø 100 mm) ensure cleanliness of the work area, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
