1 - The automatic painting points with traditional paint recovery have the gun movement system (up-down): the reciprocator. The reciprocator is a machine with a commonly rectangular section equipped with an arm for attaching the guns.
For the daily maintenance of the guns the operator is forced to go around the reciprocator trampling on the paint that settles on the ground, if we think of companies that paint for 8 hours per shift and perhaps in several shifts we can find a few centimeters of paint on the ground making very difficult maintenance operations and in a certainly dangerous environment.
As a paint recovery system they have either a "straight or circular" recovery belt or a "straight" cold wall, in any case always two distinct machines.
This machine, the GIVI 3000, is an innovative unit combining a spraying system, paint recovery and suction all in a closed machine. In place of the reciprocator, it mounts two separate up-and-down systems, approximately 3.000 mm apart, and the gun-holder arm is connected at the ends to the two machines, eliminating the central bulk.
For ordinary maintenance of the guns, the operator will only have to open a sliding door and will have immediate access to the guns while remaining outside the area dedicated to painting.
2 - The traditional paint recovery system does not allow the automatic collection of the paint that deposits on the ground in front of the reciprocator and in front of the suctions.
GIVI 3000 is totally recoverable because it gives the possibility of collecting the paint in front and on the ground in the entire environment involved in painting automatically thanks to an L-shaped rotary belt and thanks to the elimination of the central bulk that created the reciprocator.
3 - Traditional systems mount the suctions on the sides of the various recovery systems, this creates a flow of air from the spray guns, which generate overspray, to the suctions, preventing the totality of the unused paint from being recovered and generating the same suctions at the foot paint storage. This paint deposit makes filter replacement operations difficult.
The filters are installed vertically across the entire intake which normally measures 1000mm wide by a variable height of 3500-5000mm.
To reach these heights, the operator must use a ladder when replacing filters and removing a filter full of paint while standing on a ladder is a time-consuming and somewhat dangerous operation.
The suction of the GIVI 3000 is not on the sides of the rotary recovery system but is located above.
The air entry is given by the openings located in the lower part of the movement of the guns and by the slots to allow the entry and exit of the pieces, this creates an air flow from the bottom upwards conveying the overspray towards the center of the recovery system clearly increasing the percentage of paint recovered, the filtering system is not installed directly on the upper part where the suction is positioned but the air is diverted to the ground in an inclined filter support system. This allows you to have the same filtering surface as traditional systems but their replacement can be done conveniently on the ground by opening a door, removing the full filters and re-inserting the clean ones.
IN SUMMARY THE GIVI 3000 IT IS A COMPLETE AND COMPACT MACHINE, TOTALLY ENCLOSED TO RESPECT THE OPERATOR, WITH LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND TOTAL RECOVERY TO RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT.
