the SP-RSI model has a heavy structure, it allows to work in automatic lines even on three shifts. the brush rollers can be structured and made with different types of bristles, synthetic, nylon, vegetable and abrasive. we can use rollers with spiral designs to remove dust and heavy or abrasive residues that are used to scratch the surface and also natural ones such as tampico for finishes in painting lines. the structure allows us to work on large panels up to 2200 mm. and beyond on request of standard oversize. simple to replace the rollers with "split" supports divided in half and independent motorization for the brush rollers and the drive. it can be equipped with an electronic inverter or mechanical variator, automatic lifting system of the upper roller to set the thickness, with digital position reference with display, electrical panel set up for line consents and management of the feed speed and thickness, from the general electrical panel .
