This model of gluing machine with 4 rollers, certainly superior to the S4R model, we have the possibility to adjust the quantity of glue in a uniform way to the point of allowing to glue MDF panels and cover with paper, clearly taking into account the scoring of the rollers that it must be suitable for the type of production, often with very thin veneers, but by forcing the dosing rollers a little more and with the right thickness adjustment and drive speed adjustment (inverter), we obtain an acceptable compromise for different applications. The heavy structure and also the core of the rollers made with increased thicknesses compared to the previous ones, allows us to be able to sustain high work rates without particular problems. With these materials we can reach useful working widths of 2200 mm, increasing the installed power with direct motorization on the spreading rollers. For these reasons, the replacement of the rollers for maintenance is also simplified, with supports divided in half with facilitated "bayonet" coupling. Clearly provided with clean contact consents to the electrical panel for line consents. For this version of the 4-roller gluing machine, motorization is available with 4 motors, two for the spreaders and two for the dispensers, optional. Many accessories are available, even in the case of particularly short pieces to be glued, this gluing machine is suitable for different types of production, also for example in the construction sector, technical panels, foam, soundproofing, plasterboard, etc. ... and also for for the sponges and mattresses sector, it is sufficient to provide the correct configuration, especially for the type of glue used.
