You will be able to vacuum up heavy dust and shavings, produced for example by a double head saw, or by a vertical panel saw or by an automatic cutting center, without any problems, from many meters away.
Aluminum, PVC, wood, Corian, MDF shavings will be forcefully vacuumed, leaving the workstation clean and free of dust.
Even in this filtering unit, the fan can be positioned differently from what is shown in the photo: in fact it can be directly coupled to the filtering unit, with the suction mouth facing downwards or upwards, or even supported by a small pedestal resting on the wheeled base.
The filtering part is enclosed in a metal structure and the presence of an expulsion hole on the roof allows the filtered air to be expelled outside, as required by regulations.
The filter hoses, available in various fabrics and degrees of filtration, are easily cleaned by a manual shaking system, always present, or on request, by an electric vibrator.
The collection of chips takes place in the plastic bag or alternatively in a metal drum.
