The FAHD SP 630 PRO thicknesser is the ideal machine for working wood in the carpentry sector. Thanks to its advanced technical characteristics, this machine is able to guarantee top level performance and guarantee precise and quality results.
The machine is equipped with a 4-knife shaft with a diameter of 120mm, which rotates at a speed of 5000 rpm. The size of the planer knives is 630x35x3 mm, while the size of the work surface is 650x970 mm. The machine allows you to work pieces with a minimum height of 4 mm and a maximum of 300 mm.
The feed speed of the FAHD SP 630 PRO thicknesser is electronically variable from 4 to 20 m/1', and is managed by a powerful 1,5 HP motor with inverter. Even the lifting motor, also managed by an inverter, has a power of 0,5 HP.
The standard equipment of the machine is complete and includes, among others, an electronic positioner with encoder reading system, an electronic speed variator for feed, HSS planer knives, a magnet knife register device and a helical entry feed.
Thanks to its high rigidity, guaranteed by the two recirculating ball guides/slides, the thicknessing table with 4 ø 25 mm lifting screws guarantees high stability during machining. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a manual star-delta starter.
