Our SCC / CL model is a bag filter substation to suck and filter dust, shavings and wood sawdust by pushing them into an existing container or silo. The air in a mixture of shavings and dust is conveyed by the electric aspirator into a stilling chamber, where the coarser material decants, the finer particles are retained by the sleeves, which will be cleaned through the action of an electric shaker at the end of the cycle. work. The worm screw placed in the hopper conveys the material towards an unloading mouth, positioned under it. It is possible to mount a rotary valve (optional) that allows the passage of the material in the absence of air; below the valve a TIEE is installed which in turn is connected to an intake fan, whose function is twofold, in fact, in addition to pushing the material into the container, it allows to recover the air inside it, thus creating a vacuum.
Up to a power of 10 Hp the start is direct, while for higher powers the start is star-delta (on request it is possible to have a star-delta start on all powers).
The filter is also equipped with an electrical panel equipped with pre-wired cables, programmed to allow the following work cycle:
- at start-up, the return fan, the rotary valve and the worm screw will be activated first in order to guarantee complete cleaning of the plenum, after an interval of about 2 minutes the main electric fan will be activated.
- at stop the main electric fan will stop first, after about 2 minutes the electric shakers will start operating for an interval of 10-12 seconds, after a further 2 minutes the worm screw, the rotary valve and the return fan will also stop . This shutdown procedure allows you to keep the filter clean and empty at the end of the work cycle. The filter is shipped complete with assembly bolts, use and maintenance booklet and CE mark.
